About Asian Journal of Andrology

    The Asian Journal of Andrology (AJA) is the official journal of the Asian Society of Andrology and is sponsored by the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The Journal first began in June 1999, and is published bi-monthly in English.<br/><br/>AJA publishes new findings in basic and clinical (including modern, traditional and epidemiological) research on Andrology. Of special interest to the Journal are regulation of spermatogenesis, gene expression in accessory sex organs and external genitalia, feedback regulation of gonadotropins, sperm capacitation, anatomical studies of the reproductive tract, prostate diseases and physiology of penile erectile tissue.
