About Chinese Journal of Physiology

    The Chinese Journal of Physiology, the official journal of the Chinese Physiological Society in Taiwan, the Republic of China, was first published more than thirty years ago. It was initiated by a group of physiologists in Taiwan to publish original research articles in every aspect of physiology. It started as a semiannual publication and was expanded to be a quarterly journal since six years ago. As one of the top biomedical journals in Taiwan, it has received the Scientific Publication Award from the National Science Council there annually since 1992. In view of the rapid developments in physiology research and the need for international scientific communication, this journal has decided to further extend its scope to become an international journal.
